מבנה התוכנית ותכניה:
התוכנית בנויה על שלושה יסודות עיקריים:

3.הכשרה מקצועית ע"י מובילות התחום: את התוכנית מובילות ד"ר יפית מורדוף והגב' דנה קינד, הנחשבות למובילות בתחום הוראת השפה העברית בעולם. במשך למעלה מעשור הן עוסקות בפיתוח מקצועי של מורים בישראל ובחו"ל, עם התמקדות בהיבטים הלימודיים וההתנהגותיים במערכת החינוך.
מבנה המפגשים:

A Unique Program for Developing Hebrew Language Education in the Diaspora
We are proud to present a one-of-a-kind program designed for Hebrew language teachers in the Diaspora. The program offers a comprehensive training and mentoring process aimed at maximizing teachers' pedagogical abilities and ensuring the optimal use of existing curricula in schools. Dana Kind
Dana Kind holds a dual master's degree in Special Education and Business. She is a certified coach and a behavioral trainer using the CBT methodologies, and serves as a senior lecturer and therapist in the field of attention disorders and learning difficulties. She has extensive experience in accompanying and training teachers and parents in the field of Hebrew language instruction, differentiated instruction, behavioral training, and formal and informal learning frameworks.
Dr. Yafit Mordof
Dr. Mordof is the owner of the Center for Teaching and Learning Strategies. She holds a PhD in learning and teaching strategies with an emphasis on metacognition from Bar-Ilan University and serves as a lecturer in education colleges in Israel. Dr. Mordof is a teacher trainer in the fields of teaching and learning strategies in language and mathematics. For over a decade, she has conducted diverse courses and training for teachers in various fields, including remedial teaching, learning disabilities, cognitive development, and more. She also supports schools in pedagogical processes and develops unique learning materials and didactic games in language and math.
